Fluted hour glass shaped vessel, topped by a silver neck surmount, pierced, chased and embossed with scrolls and birds. With a flared rim and a ball shaped stopper also chased and embossed with flowers and scrolls. Fully marked, maker’s mark illegible (on the neck).
