A unique complex scene showing a naked supine male with elaborate headdress, surrounded by humans, beings from the afterworld, animals and other elements of mysterious character. The principal personage is showing his penis, emerging from it are five birds. It may be a transportation of a vision caused by hallucinations used in a shamanistic ritual inspired by the myth or ritual representation.
