Shaped as a bell tower with a conical dome, the central section is pierced with four quadruple arched windows, one of which opens with a fish-form knob. The four turrets with pennats are removable. Each element, including the bell and and domed base, are decorated on the rims with bands of rope-form and delicate floral motifs. Fully marked, maker’s mark HL.
