Technique: Bronze sculpture with brown patina. Posthumous cast.
Signature: With raised initials ‘PGO’ (on the top); stamped with a foundry mark ‘C. VALSUANI CIRE PERDUE’ (on the back). Set on a later addition marble base.
Height (without base): approx 49.5 cm; (with base): 51.5 cm
Condition: Good.
Provenance: The estate of Naftali Bezem.
Notes: The original cast from 1894 was lost. It resembles a totem with Polynesian-like figures and symbols.
