The top and bottom decorated with niello in a scrolling leaflets pattern and the sides hammered and engraved with a geometric pattern. A hinged lid on the top reveals a gilt interior tobacco compartment, on the left side another compartment for matches and beside it another compartment with a tobacco roller fixture, all with gilt interior. Fully marked, maker’s mark.
