The base designed as three spread out petals of filigree, beneath paw like supports. Above an orb shaped stem embossed with an an acorn pattern. The drum decorated with filigree work, accented by suspended bells on each corner and topped by a turret set with colored stones on both sides. Fully marked, maker’s mark (on base).
