An Georgian Silver Soup Tureen by Robert Garrard II, England, London, 1837
Set on four cabriole supports shaped as hammered and chased scrolled leaves. The body fluted and terminating with a scalloped rim decorated with scrolls. Two large curved handles protruding from both sides, also shaped as scrolled leaves. The fluted lid topped by a rose bud handle. Fully marked, maker’s mark (on both lid and reverse).
