A trapezoidal panel made of a piece of soft wood that originally formed the back of the throne on the ceremonial litter of a Chimu nobleman. its front side is richly ornamented with depictions of parrots, pelicans , waves and geometrical motifs. The panel was attached to the other parts of the litter by strings, there are 19 holes perforated on its edges, some of which contain preserved pieces of wool cord.
