biography

Philip Rantzer (1958-), b. Romania. 196 Immigrated to Israel. Lives and works in Tel-Aviv. Since 22 Head of the Department of Art Creation, University of Haifa Since 1993 Teaches sculpture at the Art Teachers' Training College, Ramat Hasharon & Beit Berl Since 1989 Senior Lecturer at the University of Haifa 1979-1982 Studied at the Art Teachers' Training College.
