David Reeb (1952 -), Painter. Born in 1952 in Rehovot, Israel. Studied at the Bezalel School of Art, Jerusalem. Had solo exhibitions in Germany and Israel including Tel Aviv Museum and Gimel Gallery, Jerusalem. Participated in numerous group exhibitions in New York, the Israel Museum, the Tel Aviv Museum and all over Europe, also participated in a Israeli-Palestinian exhibition between 1988-93 which took place in USA, Japan and Germany. Reeb was the recipient of the Jacques and Eugėnie Ohanna Prize for a Young Israeli Artist in 1983, the Minister of Education and Culture Prize for the Visual Arts in 199-1 and the Creativity Grant in the Fine Arts, America-Israel Cultural Foundation in 1991. In 2 he represented Israel at the Biennale in Cuba.
